I’ve ordered from this brand before and usually really like them, which is why this was extra frustrating. My package showed up, but it wasn’t what I picked at all. Now I have to go through the whole return process for items I didn’t even order. I still want to like them, but this was annoying

My order showed up just fine, so no real complaints there. The tracking updates were just kind of slow and a bit unclear, though. I ended up checking the website myself a few times to see what was going on, which wasn’t a huge deal, but still a little annoying. I was already sitting there with coffee open and like five tabs up anyway, so it wasn’t the end of the world. Overall, not a bad experience, just something that could definitely be smoother.

The descriptions are decent, but I wish they’d give a little more info on things like fit, how the fabric actually feels, and how big the pockets are. Some items are explained well, but others are kinda vague, so I had to do a bit of guessing before ordering.

The clothes themselves were fine, but dealing with customer service was annoying. I reached out about a sizing issue and had to wait days just to get a response. When they finally replied, it felt rushed and didn’t really help much. Whoever runs this needs to sort out the support side, because it made the whole experience way more frustrating than it needed to be

This seemed fine at first, but my phone keeps falling out whenever I sit down, which makes it frustrating to use. It doesn’t feel secure enough for everyday use. Also, I’m a little suspicious there may be extra costs or fees somewhere, because the overall experience just didn’t feel as straightforward as I expected.

Tried using a promo code at checkout and it just wouldn’t go through. I reached out to support but they didn’t really help much so I ended up frustrated.

I thought these scrubs would have a bit more give to them, but they feel stiff when I’m bending, reaching, or moving around. The fit gets tight in all the wrong moments, which makes them uncomfortable during a long shift. I really wanted to like them, but they just didn’t match what I was expecting. Kind of wish I had returned them.

I actually liked the scrubs and was focused on comparing sizes and colors, so maybe I wasn’t paying attention to every little detail. But the shipping cost didn’t really stand out until I was basically at the end of checkout, and by then it felt like a surprise.
I don’t mind paying for shipping when I know what to expect, but this made the whole order feel less worth it after I’d already spent time putting everything together. I ended up leaving the cart, and I’m not sure I’d try ordering again

I checked a few other scrub sites before ordering, and these prices were definitely fair. The uniforms feel decent quality and the fit was fine for me. Shipping took a little longer than I’d hoped, but for what I paid, I’m happy with the order. I’d buy again, especially if there’s a sale.

The sizing is literally spot on overall. It fits well, just runs a little long on me.

It just shrunk a bit after washing, and the wrinkles were still there even after drying. Overall, not really what I was hoping for

The bag was half ripped, dirty, and looked like it got dragged across the floor before landing at my door. Nothing was missing, thankfully, but opening it did not exactly inspire confidence. For what these cost, I feel like the packaging should be way better. Is that too much to ask?

The uniforms look legit to me, like nothing felt off or fake, so that part was fine. The site was just a little slow with updates and I kept wondering if things were moving along or... yeah. I trust them enough, I guess, but the whole experience wasn’t exactly smooth.

So... I ordered two scrub tops and the colors were close to the photos, maybe just a little darker in person. I really liked the color options overall and would definitely order again. I just wish every shade came in all the sizes.

Checkout was smooth and my payment got confirmed quickly. what more can you ask for?? No issues this time around.

My points took way too long to show up, and once they did, the discount barely felt like a perk. I also reached out to customer service and the reply was slower than I expected. Overall, the products are solid, but the rewards experience could definitely be better.

It looks cute, honestly. The design feels nice too, which is great, totally fine, no complaints here

We ordered uniforms for our small clinic and had a couple of hiccups with sizing and shipping, which was a little frustrating at first... but the corporate support team was easy enough to get in touch with and helped straighten everything out without turning it into a whole ordeal. There was one time it took an extra day to hear back, but overall they were helpful, and the order showed up just fine in the end.
